Amberly, Michael & Jeremiah were a joy to have around at all times for milestones inspections. Jeff handled all communications well and monitored all contractors appropriately. "We had an incredible experience building our brand-new pool with this team! From start to finish, the entire process took just a few months, and everything moved smoothly and efficiently. They were amazing to work with — always responsive, patient, and willing to answer every single question we had along the way. The Buildertrend app they used was such a helpful tool. It kept us informed throughout the process, made communication easy, and gave us peace of mind knowing exactly what was happening and when. While the whole team was wonderful, I especially want to highlight Lucia in sales. We shopped around quite a bit before making a decision, and she truly stood out. She was the only one who really listened to what we said we wanted — and even picked up on things we didn’t know we wanted. She took the time to understand our lifestyle and the needs of our kids (we have a large age gap), and she created a design that not only fit our vision but maximized our space beautifully. What impressed us most was that she nailed the design on the first try. Other companies kept presenting stock layouts or trying to upsell flashy extras, but Lucia leaned into her craft and focused on creating something thoughtful and tailored to our family. You can tell she genuinely cares about the outcome, and that level of care really set the tone for the entire experience. Much of the process happened while we were out of state, and she even visited the property and handled details before we moved — which meant so much to us. "Splash Pad has been an amazing company to work with for our pool construction. They are priced competitively without sacrificing customer service. They are great with communicating updates on the project as you go thru the whole process. They leverage technology so that you can always see where you are at in the process and have the tools to answer your questions. We even had the owner come out on several occasions to check on the progress and ensure that we were being taken care of and were happy with the progress of the project. They use quality subs who do good work. We are very happy with the construction and installation of our pool. Furthermore, after the project is finished, they do a great job of staying in touch with you to make sure you are happy and everything is working as it is supposed to.
